Dr Aftab Ahmad Khan is an assistant Professor in the Department of Zoology (P.G- Centre), teaches Animal Physiology, Animal Embryology, Endocrinology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Fish and Fisheries Science, Research fields is basically Fish Physiology and Fish Ecology, have published 19 research papers in journals of National and International reputes, have supervised 7 PhD. attended and presented papers in more than 30 National and International Seminars and also chaired and co-chaired in number of sessions of the seminar. Member and Fellow of a number of Societies such as Indian Science Congress Association, Indian Academy of Environmental Science, Zoological Society of India, Society of Life Sciences, Executive Member and Managing Editor of Journal of Proceeding of the Zoological Society of India, have won number of award and medal by the different societies, selected as a Member of the Sectional Committee of the Section of Animal Veterinary and Fishery Sciences for 2012-13 of the Indian Science Congress.
