I have joined Mirza Ghalib College Gaya on Nov. 2014 as an assistant professor in the department of history. I have the ability to adopt my teaching method inorder to fit the need of the learner. Problem solving is another skills that is crucial to being a good teacher. I have learn through experience that there is always more than oneway to solve a problem. If I can not solve a problem using my on resources I will take to other individuals in the field to get new ideas and consults current research. I believe that I will be able to help all my students reach their optimal potential.
Finally, Due to this exceptionally beneficial experience. I have learn many strategies and methods that will help me grow as a teacher and return benefit my students. I wood like to use my experience and skill to grow and become a motivating teacher throw our college. I want to be an enthusiastic, personable and creative teacher for our student of the future.
